No. Odin works on its own, alongside whatever marketing you already run. If you do use our marketing too, every campaign is measured through to the sale inside Odin.
How long does setup take?
Setup is typically completed within 7 days: the demo, your stock, contacts and leads imported, training in person and on video, then go live with support from Perth.
Which lead sources connect?
The ones dealers use: Carsales, Drive.com.au, your website, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, manufacturer leads, walk-ins and referrals. Web forms, an API with a developer portal and Zapier webhooks cover anything else. Phone enquiries load in through AI Call Tracking, with no salesperson data entry.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Your stock, contacts and leads are imported during setup.
Where is our data stored?
In Australian data centres, with customer information encrypted. Your team signs in with Google or Microsoft single sign-on.
Does it work across multiple brands and rooftops?
Yes. Departments, teams, roles and permissions keep each brand and rooftop in order, and each brand can have its own website running on Odin.
